Book Tour on Hold
On the day before I was to head out West, my mother, June, became seriously ill. She is now in hospice care and I am staying with her for the duration.
I was so looking forward to meeting everyone in Seattle, Bellingham, and the San Francisco Bay area. I hope that we can see each other sometime in the near future.
So much is uncertain right now that I can’t say when things will resume but when more is known, I’ll announce it here.
Thanks in advance for understanding.

Dear B,
Sat down today to finally write and thank you for your book, and am sorry to hear about your mother. My partner is a hospice nurse and I know the importance of the work you are doing now. I wanted you to know that your book has made a difference in the life of one more reader and that I am spreading the word(www.hnartisan.wordpress.com) … and listening. Take good care, Heather

Dear Brunonia,
I am only learning about your book now and will begin to read it next week. I’ve come to the blog to learn about you and listen to the Diane Rhem interview. Please know that as I begin to read I’ll be thinking also of you and your mother and all the amazing, strong women who have affected my life. Take care of yourself during this difficult time and in the months to come.

Dear Bruonia:
My prayers are with you and your mom at this most difficult time. I met you at your booksigning in August at Barnes and Noble at Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA. I truly enjoyed your book, I couldn’t put it down, why I even read it waiting in line at Bagel World! Being from Salem myself, it was such a treat to know of all the places you spoke about. My mom is reading your book now and loves it and at 85 years old she is awe struck by it. Can’t wait to get it back from her so I can read it again. Thank you again for such a wonderful, wonderful read.
Blessings, Debbie

Hi
My thoughts are with you and your family at this time. I thank you so much for your book. Hope that someday you will have a chance to come to San Francisco. Or perhaps I will meet you in Massachusetts.
Best regards and kind thoughts at this time,
